Pupil Not Converted To Member

Issue:
Pupil's newly call submission case resolved but pupil does not converted to member. The member code is still having no value.


Root Cause / Findings:
From the newly call submission case, review the workflow status in Background Processes tab. Double click on the Newly Called and Resume Case Resolved workflow with Failed status reason to see the workflow information.


From the workflow information page, review the error message under the Details section.


For this case, the workflow failed due to operation timed out when sending data to GP. Due to this error, the workflow could not complete the subsequent step which is to generate member code and convert pupil to member.


Resolution:
To resolve the issue, rerun the Newly Called and Resume Case Resolved workflow from the newly call submission case
