How To Update a Ticket

1. Login to support.agtiv.com, and at AGTIV Customer Self Service Portal landing page, click on the My Area from the top right navigation menu or Tickets link to access ticket page:


2. User can access the ticket from the Ticket page, under On Hold:

  1. If there is a feedback from AGTIV support, user can notice from the ticket.
3. Click on the ticket subject, and to access the selected ticket:


4. User can see AGTIV support feedback at the selected ticket, and to reply, click on the Reply:


5. Next, fill in the required response, and click Send button to update the ticket:

  1. User can attach any supporting documents through the Attach a file option.
6. After clicking the Send button, user respond will be recorded towards the ticket communication as below:
