How to create new ticket

1. Login to support.agtiv.com, and at AGTIV Customer Self Service Portal landing page, click on the Tickets link to access ticket page:


2. Then proceed to click on Add ticket button to submit a ticket:

*** Note ***

At Status, there are 3 links namely Open, Closed and On Hold:

  1.  Open – list out all open tickets
  2. Closed – list out all closed tickets
  3. On Hold – list out all on hold tickets 
3. At Submit a Ticket page, users are required to field in the mandatory fields marked with *:


****Note ****
  1. Select the classification for the issue from the drop-down list.
  2. Enter the subject of the issue to be reported.
  3. Provide description of the issue, including screen shots.

Example as below:



4. Next, continue to fill in the mandatory fields marked with * as below and click on Submit button to submit the ticket:

 

****Note ****
  1. User to provide the Symptom / Steps to reproduce the reported issue.
  2. If there is additional Information, user can utilize the Attach a file link to upload documents related to the issue, and then proceed.
  3. Click on Submit button to submit a ticket.
  4. Click on Discard button to cancel.

5. Once user has submitted the ticket, user will be redirected to the ticket created as below:


**** Note ****
  1. User will be seeing the ticket subject, the description of the issue which user has keyed-in.
  2. At Ticket properties, contains further information user has keyed-in. Ticket number is auto generated.
  3.  For this example, the ticket number is #696
